A thin, rustic bread just like our granparents remember from their chilchood.
1923 is the bread which we after a trip back to the origin decided to bake in the little bakery we built up. The bread is baked with organic Swedish culture grain, just the way Grandma Ruth did when she started Mjälloms Flatbread 1923. The bread is stretch by hand, tarnishing, brushed and baked in wood-burning oven which brings its unique flavor.
